I, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (as amended), freely, of my own will and in my interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, consent to Limited Liability Company "KONSTANTA TORG" (TIN 9719012227), 105523, Moscow, Shchelkovskoye Shosse, Building 100, Building 5, Room 923, 9th Floor (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), website https://www.konstanta-torg.ru, to process my personal data under the following conditions:

The date of withdrawal is considered the day following the day the Company receives the written request to withdraw consent.
7.2. I have the right to access my personal data, request clarification (updating, modification), as well as deletion and destruction of my personal data if its processing by the Company violates my legal rights and interests or Russian Federation legislation.
7.3. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Company has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2.11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.

9. This Consent is valid until the moment processing of personal data is terminated, according to clause 7.1 of this Consent.
