Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (as amended), freely, of my own will and in my interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, consent to Limited Liability Company "KONSTANTA TORG" (TIN 9719012227), 105523, Moscow, Shchelkovskoye Shosse, Building 100, Building 5, Room 923, 9th Floor (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), website https://www.konstanta-torg.ru, to process my personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools. The consent covers the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; phone number (home/mobile); email address; user data (location information, OS type and version, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution; source from which the user came to the website; referring website or advertisement; OS and browser language; pages visited and buttons clicked by the user; IP address); and any other publicly available information about me.

2. The personal data is not publicly available.

3. The purpose of processing personal data is to handle incoming requests from individuals for consulting on various issues related to the Company’s business activities, as well as for analyzing user actions on the website and website functionality.

4. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; and this Consent to the processing of personal data.

5. During processing, the following actions will be performed with the personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.

6. I have been informed by the Company that the potential users of the personal data are the Company’s employees, as well as individuals contracted by the Company under a civil law agreement.

7. I acknowledge that:

7.1. This Consent to the processing of my personal data is valid indefinitely and can be withdrawn by sending a written request to the Company (105523, Moscow, Shchelkovskoye Shosse, Building 100, Building 5, Room 923, 9th Floor). The date of withdrawal is considered the day following the day the Company receives the written request to withdraw consent.

7.2. I have the right to access my personal data, request clarification (updating, modification), as well as deletion and destruction of my personal data if its processing by the Company violates my legal rights and interests or Russian Federation legislation.

7.3. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Company has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2.11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.

8. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the provided personal data and that the data provided is accurate.

9. This Consent is valid until the moment processing of personal data is terminated, according to clause 7.1 of this Consent.
